What data we process
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number and country (optional), the reason for your enquiry, the horse you are interested in and your message.
- Emails and conversations: the data you give us when you write to us or speak with the team.
- Technical connection data: IP address, browser and page requested, which the server logs in order to show you the website and for security purposes.
- Browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, device type and browser, approximate location and Google Analytics identifiers.
The form does not store your data on the website: when you press “Send enquiry”, a message is prepared in your email app, and we receive it when you send it.

How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to answer you and, if we do not reach an agreement, for up to one year after the last contact.
- Business relationship: for as long as it lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, six years for commercial and accounting records).
- Technical connection data: for a short period, in line with the hosting provider’s logs.
- Analytics: for a maximum of 14 months in Google Analytics.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service, some providers process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement and with the safeguards required by the GDPR:
- Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and serves it to your browser.
- The email provider through which we receive and answer your messages.
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics, only if you give your consent.
If you play a video on the website, YouTube (Google) processes that data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.
Fonts, code libraries and video thumbnails are served from our own website: your browser does not connect to any third-party service until you give your permission.
International transfers
Vercel and Google may process data in the United States. Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission; Vercel also applies the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to us at info@vrsporthorses.com stating which right you wish to exercise; we may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Minors
The website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send us your data.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy; the date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
